Canada's
Fabric Building
Contractor.

Engineered fabric structures and steel buildings — installed, repaired, recovered and maintained by certified crews across Canada. Mining sites to municipal yards, we build where the work is.

Fully Engineered To Your Site-Specific Conditions. No Compromises.

Engineered & Permit-Ready

Built To Code.
Every Structure. Every Site.

A fabric building is a structure, not a tent — and we treat it that way. Every S&T project is designed, documented and installed to the codes your building inspector, insurer and site owner expect.

NBC

National Building Code

Structures designed to the National Building Code of Canada and the applicable provincial codes — BC Building Code and NBC Alberta Edition included.

P.ENG

Sealed Engineering

Stamped engineered drawings sealed by professional engineers registered in the province of installation — the documentation your permit application needs.

LOADS

Site-Specific Design

Snow, wind and seismic loads calculated to your exact location's climate data — not a generic rating that falls short of a Fort McMurray winter.

CSA

Certified Fabrication

Structural steel and welding to CSA standards with CWB-certified welders, and hot-dip galvanized framing for corrosion protection.

Need help with the permit itself? We support permit applications with drawings, load calculations and code documentation. Read our permit guide →

Beyond Fabric

Steel Buildings & PEMB.
Same Crews. Same Standard.

Not every job wants fabric — and we don't force it. Our crews erect structural steel and complete pre-engineered metal buildings from all major suppliers: primary and secondary steel, cladding, trims and doors, with CWB-certified welding and documented QC on every connection.

One contractor for a mixed yard means one schedule and one accountability — whether the next building on your site is membrane or metal.

Storm Damage? Cover Failure?

24/7 Emergency Response

A torn cover is an open building. Our crews mobilize across Canada with tarp-off kits, patch systems and replacement panels — protecting your assets before the next weather system arrives.

Straight Answers

Questions Every Owner Asks.

Do you work on buildings you didn't install?

Yes — most of the buildings we repair, recover and inspect were installed by someone else. Britespan, Norseman, Coverco, Calhoun, Sprung, ClearSpan and every legacy brand: buildings don't care who put them up, and neither do we.

What does a fabric building cost?

It depends on span, length, foundation and site — which is why we don't publish a misleading number. What we do promise: a fixed price in writing within one business day of you telling us the job, with no vague allowances hiding in it.

How fast can a building go up?

Small structures stand in days; large clear-span buildings typically take one to three weeks on site. From signed quote to working building is measured in weeks — not construction seasons.

Do you really travel anywhere in Canada?

Yes. Crews mobilize Canada-wide, with remote and fly-in logistics planned and priced into the quote up front. Western Canadian sites are typically reached within a day.

Repair or recover — how do I know which I need?

Send photos. If damage is localized and the fabric has life left, we'll quote a repair. If the cover is chalking, brittle or failing in multiple places, a recover is the better spend. We do both, so the answer you get is the honest one.
