Questions owners ask
When should I get my building inspected?
Annually at minimum, ideally in fall before snow load season. Inspections are also recommended before buying a used building, after major storms and for insurance documentation.
What does an inspection cost?
It depends on building size and location. Every inspection is a fixed price quoted up front, and the fee is credited toward any repair work identified.
Do you inspect buildings you didn't install?
Yes. Most of the buildings we inspect were installed by others, and we work on all makes and models.
