Tension Is
The Whole Point.
Re-tensioning of fabric covers to engineered specification — the single highest-value hour of maintenance a building can get.
A tension fabric building only works when the fabric is tight. Slack covers flap, and flapping is death by a thousand cycles: chafed panels, elongated keder, fatigued hardware and torn attachment points. Covers lose tension naturally as fabric relaxes — which is normal, and fixable.
We restore covers to spec tension using the manufacturer's system, replace any hardware that's holding the building back, and leave you with a documented baseline for the next check.
Tensioning Services FAQs
How often does a cover need re-tensioning?
Check annually. New covers relax most in their first year or two; after that, tension work is typically minor if it's kept up.
Can you tension buildings from any manufacturer?
Yes — cable, strap, ratchet and keder-tension systems across all major brands.
